Welcome!

Since 1998, I have been providing Massage Therapy at Traditional Ways Healing Center in El Cerrito, and I am a Nationally Certified Therapist for Massage and Bodywork, as well as a Guild-Certified Feldenkrais Practitioner.

My services include Deep Tissue, Shiatsu, Prenatal massages and Functional Integration lessons based on Feldenkrais Method.  For each client, I blend the techniques to create a session for the best result.
